Oracle returns all rows in table EMP.

how it is linking to SGA in sga we have db_cache,sharedpool, log buffer first which is going to run logically when we issue this selet * from emp, this is my doubt

The best for is to first read Concepts, Chapter 1 "Introduction to the Oracle Database".
