hi,
i have a dought that why we export the environment variables(ORACLE_HOME,PATH,ORACLE_SID)in the bash_profile when we creating a new database.where it will goes when we export.

THANKS MICHAL FOR YOUR GOOD SUJATION. BUT I HAVE DOUGHT WHAT IS MEANT BY ENVIRONMENT VARIABLES,WHAT IS THE USE OF THESE VARIABLES,WHY WE CALL THEM ENVIRONMENT VARIABLES.
