Hi All,

Kindly tell me why this kind of dead background trace files are generating in the bdump. Always i want to housekeeping that.

Is there is any permanent solution to avoid generating of unwanted trace files in bdump.

I have given one sample of trace file from alert_sid.ora

Restarting dead background process QMN0
QMN0 started with pid=9
