I am new to Database Design,can any one help me how to apply Normlization,i am using Oracle9i.

Normalization depends on design (i.e. data model). As far as I can tell, there's no tool which would - by clicking on a button - make any schema normalized. Sometimes, it is better to have a denormalized schema (for example, for data-warehousing purposes).

There are many articles about it; choose some and get familiar with normalization.
