when i moved the application to another pc runing oracle server 10g on windows xp,
my vb application stops working,
the error says that i dont have permissions to read or write the access file.
even that the .mdb access database file is not located inside oracle_home directory
i change the permissions but some oracle service i guess change it back

Sorry, but the Oracle installation does not do things like this.

It does not go looking for evil .vb scripts etc. in the operating system on Your drives......
