our stuff is this

move the data from one server to another server

I gave the idea of Directly copyt data file and paste it to the server we need , without using any loading scripts. to our team,

"so plz help me with some scripts of copying the data file"

Take the Cold Backup first. For this you have to Shutdown the database. Map the second server drive in the database server.copy and paste all the datafiles in the second server. You also need to copy the Init.ora and password too.

The actual scripts are OS dependent; which you have chosen to not tell us which OS you are using.
Since we (TINW) are not mind readers, how are we to know in which folder/directory the "source" files now reside or what their names might be?
