The Oracle 9.2.0.6.0 patch on AIX 5L creates an empty prvtfile.plb. Anyway I've applied the patch and recreated the file.

My question is whether running @?/rdbms/admin/prvtfile.plb will affect any data present. I am not sure what this file contains aside from the UTL_FILE package body
