Hi all

I have a Production Database of size 190 GB having 3 redo groups . What sould be the redo log group size.

--- No Idea about Transaction Rate bcz we r just going to put this database in production.

There is no standard redo log size and it depends on several factors :

-- No. of transactions
-- Backup strategy
-- Archive log mode etc..

It's good to estimate and then size your redo logs.

And I'd say increase your number of redo log groups from 3 to some higher number. At least double...
