Hai friends,

We have a production database server Oracle 8.1.6 & DR(Disaster) server on Solaris 5.8 platforms.
DR server is manual recovery type (i.e ftp the archive files from prod to DR and recover manually )
Our new requirement is we have to add a new datafile or say (a new tablespace ).
In this case how to create the datafile in DR server or add a new tablespace. Can any body help out in this ?

Regards,
jayakumar.
