Hi guys,

I'm not sure if this is the correct thread that I went to discuss by problem. I installed my Oracle XE on Windows 2000 Advanced Server. Running 1GB of memory and installed as well Oracle SQL Developer (formerly known as Raptor). When I tried to create a connection, it brought up an error:

status: failure ora-00604 error occured at recursive sql level 1
ora-12705: cannot access nls data files or invalid environment specified

What I have done wrong? Anyone, thanks for the help!!!

Mike
