Hi,
I have heard, that the no of shrink or wraps should be minimum for good performance.
What should be the value of shrinks or wraps and how to minimise them. I m using 8i and LMT for RBS

Why don't you just upgrade to 9i or 10g and start using automated undo (UNDO_MANAGEMENT=TRUE)?
If you can, you don't have to worry that much about tuning your rollback segments to perfection as Oracle will do it for you!
