ALCON,

I'm hoping someone here has knowledge of EDQ. The app is on a windows 2012 server. I am in a bit of a crisis. The person that installed this application didn't leave behind documentation so I am trying to pick up the pieces and get everything working properly. I've been running into some issues with running the jobs in this application. When the job runs it errors out stating that a user/password has been denied. I've gone through the database and looked at all of the accounts would've locked out and have had no luck. Does anyone know the process of configuring jobs or is there a set way to determine which accounts are associated to specific jobs?
