Hi all ,
I have newly joined as a DBA in a Company...I Know theory of DBA very well, but practically got to improve..
Well my problem is,.
I have my DB running in Archivelog mode..
and i have some Log_archive_dest defined...
I have a Full backup taken on 5 days back...
now i lost a Data file.
Please Tell me the step by step commands to recover the database Coimpletely...
Also please give me the command to Recover to some point in the middle (may be say morning 11 today)
I will be glad if u can do this for me
