Is there any technique that oracle write script automatically like SQL server for Tables, procedure etc.?

you mean, to extract the DDL?
or some kind of wizard to create tables/ prcocedures?
both can be done with any third party tool ( sql Navigator, dbartisan, rapid sql) etc.
sqlplus is just a Text based interface.
